This two week program will teach you everything you need to know.
Fundamentals of Lash Application
Build a strong foundation with the essential knowledge every successful lash artist needs before picking up their tweezers. On Day 1, you'll learn the science behind lash extensions, including natural lash anatomy, growth cycles, and how lash health impacts retention and styling decisions. We'll explore different lash extension materials, curls, diameters, and how to choose the right products for each client. You'll also gain a deep understanding of adhesive science, proper sanitation and safety protocols, allergy prevention, contraindications, and the must-have tools every lash artist should have in their kit. To finish the day, we'll introduce eye shape analysis and how facial features influence lash design, setting the stage for creating customized, luxury lash sets throughout the program.
Consultations, Styling and Mannequin Work
Day 2 focuses on building the foundational skills needed for successful lash application. You'll learn how to perform professional consultations, understand basic lash mapping principles, and begin developing the muscle memory required for precise application.
Classic Live Model
Put your foundational knowledge into practice as you complete your first classic live lash application. Learn proper isolation, adhesive control, placement techniques, and how to create clean, long-lasting sets while maintaining natural lash health.
Hybrid Live Model
Learn how to bridge the gap between classic and volume lashing by creating beautiful hybrid sets. You'll develop fan-making skills, understand how to balance texture and density, and learn proper placement techniques to achieve seamless, customized results.
Volume Live Model
Master the fundamentals of volume lashing and learn how to create lightweight, symmetrical fans that provide fullness while maintaining natural lash health. You'll focus on fan control, isolation, adhesive management, and creating beautifully balanced volume sets.
Designing and Tailoring
Take your artistry to the next level by learning how to design lash sets that are tailored to each individual client. You'll learn how to analyze facial features, use advanced mapping techniques, and make strategic styling decisions that enhance natural beauty while maintaining lash health.
Customized Live Model
Put everything you've learned into practice as you complete a fully customized lash set on a live model. From consultation to final photos, you'll experience the complete client journey while receiving real-time guidance and feedback from your educator.
Fills + Removals and Business Building
Complete your training by learning how to perform professional lash fills and removals while gaining the business knowledge needed to grow a successful lash career. This final day combines technical skill development with branding, marketing, and client retention strategies, followed by your final practical examination.
