Accessibility Policy
How Lash Her by Nataliea supports accessible use of its website, booking, shopping, training, and contact experiences.
Last updated July 29, 2026
Lash Her by Nataliea is committed to making its website and online services usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
This policy applies to the public Lash Her website and its service-booking, product-shopping, training-program, checkout, and contact experiences.
Our approach
Accessibility is considered as the Lash Her application is designed, developed, and updated. We prioritize barriers that could prevent someone from learning about Lash Her, contacting the business, booking a service, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a training program.
We use recognized accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, as a reference for ongoing improvements. However, the complete application has not been independently audited or certified as conforming to a particular accessibility standard.
Current accessibility features
The Lash Her application currently includes:
- A skip link that allows keyboard users to move directly to the main page content.
- Semantic landmarks, headings, lists, buttons, and form labels that support navigation with assistive technologies.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators for links, buttons, and form controls.
- Keyboard-operable menus, dialogs, booking controls, product controls, and carousel controls.
- Text alternatives for site imagery, using editorial alternative text where available and contextual fallback text where necessary.
- Form validation that identifies invalid fields and associates error messages with the relevant controls.
- Status and error announcements for many booking, checkout, shopping-cart, and contact interactions.
- A control that allows visitors to pause or resume the homepage hero carousel when automatic rotation is enabled.
- Responsive layouts intended to remain usable on mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.
Browser and assistive-technology compatibility
The Lash Her application uses modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. For the best experience, visitors should use a current version of a major browser with its security and accessibility updates installed.
Some interactive features, including booking, shopping-cart, and checkout functionality, require JavaScript. The application is intended to support standard browser accessibility features such as keyboard navigation, browser zoom, and screen-reader navigation.
Third-party services
Parts of a Lash Her customer journey may use or open services operated by other organizations. These may include payment services provided by Square or Helcim and scheduling services provided by Google.
These providers control the accessibility of their own hosted or embedded interfaces. Lash Her cannot guarantee the accessibility of a third-party service, but accessibility barriers affecting a booking, payment, or scheduling step may be reported to Lash Her for assistance.
Do not send card numbers, security codes, payment credentials, or other sensitive financial information through the Lash Her contact form.
Known limitations
Lash Her continues to assess and improve the following areas:
- The complete website and application have not yet received an independent accessibility audit.
- Some animated or automatically changing content may not fully respond to every reduced-motion preference.
- The quality and level of detail in image descriptions may vary because some descriptions depend on editorial content.
- The accessibility of hosted or embedded payment and scheduling interfaces depends on the third-party provider.
- New or recently updated content may require additional accessibility review.
These limitations are not intended to exclude anyone from accessing Lash Her services. Where possible, Lash Her will work with affected visitors to identify another way to access the relevant information or service.
Feedback and accessibility support
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in another format, or require help completing a booking, purchase, or training inquiry, please contact Lash Her through the contact page.
When reporting a barrier, it is helpful to include:
- The page or step where the problem occurred.
- What you were trying to do.
- A description of the barrier.
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable providing that information.
- The format or type of assistance you need.
Lash Her will review accessibility feedback and make a reasonable effort to provide the requested information, service, or support through an appropriate alternative.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility work is ongoing. This policy will be reviewed and updated as the application, its third-party services, accessibility testing, and support processes change.
