Booking Policy
Booking, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy
Appointments require a non-refundable deposit. One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit and may incur the cancellation fee disclosed at booking. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may receive a shortened service or need to reschedule, and full service fees may still apply. This summary is provided for convenience. The complete policy below governs all bookings.

Lash Her by Nataliea — Booking, Deposit and Cancellation Policy
By completing a booking and paying any required deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy. This policy forms part of your booking agreement with Lash Her by Nataliea, together with the appointment details, service price, deposit amount and any applicable cancellation or no-show fee disclosed during booking and included in your confirmation.
1. Appointment confirmation and deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully received.
The deposit amount, service price, applicable taxes and any cancellation or no-show fee will be disclosed before you complete your booking. Deposits are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Notice and time calculation
The 48-hour notice period is measured backward from the scheduled start time of your appointment and includes weekends and holidays. For example, notice for an appointment scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
Requests must be submitted through the cancellation or rescheduling method provided by Lash Her or through the contact information contained in your booking confirmation. Notice is effective when the request is received by Lash Her or recorded by the booking system.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule an appointment once by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability, and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
A deposit may be transferred only once. Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a deposit transfer, and the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, including when an appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before its scheduled start time:
- The deposit will be forfeited and applied toward the applicable cancellation fee disclosed and accepted during booking.
- If no deposit was collected, or if the deposit is less than the disclosed cancellation fee, the outstanding portion of that fee may be charged to the payment method provided during booking, where authorized.
- Lash Her will not charge more than the cancellation fee or calculation method disclosed and accepted during booking.
Cancellation fees are intended to compensate Lash Her for appointment time reserved for the client and the resulting loss associated with a late cancellation.
5. No-shows
A no-show occurs when a client does not attend the scheduled appointment and has not provided notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
A no-show will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If no deposit was collected, or if the deposit does not cover the disclosed no-show or cancellation fee, the outstanding portion may be charged to the authorized payment method provided during booking.
Lash Her may refuse future bookings following a no-show.
6. Late arrivals
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time may, depending on the time remaining and the nature of the service:
- Receive a shortened service; or
- Need to reschedule the appointment.
Lash Her cannot guarantee that an appointment will be extended beyond its scheduled end time. Full service fees may still apply where a service is shortened or the appointment must be rescheduled because of the client’s late arrival.
7. Service refunds and concerns
Deposits are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, refunds are not provided, except where required by applicable law.
If you have a concern about a completed service, you must contact Lash Her within 48 hours after the service was completed. Lash Her will assess the concern and discuss an appropriate solution based on the circumstances. Reporting a concern does not automatically entitle the client to a refund or any particular remedy.
Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Payment-card authorization
By providing payment information and expressly accepting this policy during online booking, you authorize Lash Her by Nataliea to charge:
- The deposit and other amounts approved during booking; and
- Any outstanding portion of an applicable cancellation or no-show fee, provided that the fee or its calculation method was disclosed before booking and the charge is made in accordance with this policy.
This authorization does not permit charges exceeding the amount or calculation method disclosed and accepted during booking.
9. Right to refuse or discontinue service
Lash Her by Nataliea may refuse to begin or may discontinue a service where reasonably necessary because of:
- A health or safety concern; or
- Inappropriate behaviour, including threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexual or otherwise unsafe conduct.
This right will be exercised reasonably and only for the health, safety and appropriate treatment of clients, staff and other persons present.
10. Applicable law and statutory rights
This policy is subject to applicable consumer-protection and other laws. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or waives a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The version of this policy accepted when the appointment was booked applies to that appointment.
Required booking-flow implementation
The expanded wording will not, by itself, make an unspecified card charge enforceable. The booking interface should:
- State the deposit amount.
- State the exact cancellation/no-show fee or an unambiguous calculation, such as an existing percentage or fixed amount.
- Explain that the deposit is credited against that fee.
- Show the complete policy before payment.
- Require an unticked acceptance checkbox.
- Record the policy version, timestamp and fee accepted.
- Include the policy and appointment terms in the emailed booking confirmation.
- Retain evidence of cancellation, rescheduling and notice timestamps.
