LDA is a six-month Zoom mentorship personally led by Nataliea for working lash artists ready to strengthen their artistry and build a business with more strategy behind it.

DESIGN — Create intentional, customized lash sets through facial analysis, consultations, styling, mapping, direction, layering and natural lash health. Refine a portfolio that shows the decisions behind your work.

DEMAND — Become the obvious choice through a repeatable social media system. Use proof → education → conversion content to attract the right clients and future students, then improve your inquiry and follow-up process.

SCALE — Understand your numbers, capacity and offers. Build demand beyond your personal service calendar, including trainings when your experience and audience support them.

MONTH 1 — FOUNDATION & POSITIONING
Audit your artistry, audience, offers, pricing and capacity. Define who you serve, what you want to be known for, and your six-month goals. Build: a positioning statement, baseline numbers and personal action plan.

MONTH 2 — LASH DESIGN
Deepen facial analysis, consultations, mapping, styling, direction, layering and lash health. Refine signature looks and document the design decisions behind each set. Build: a design portfolio and consultation process.

MONTH 3 — SOCIAL DEMAND
Create a repeatable content system using proof → education → conversion. Turn transformations, client questions and your design process into posts with clear calls to action. Build: content pillars, repeatable formats and a publishing rhythm.

MONTH 4 — CLIENT ACQUISITION & SALES
Improve your bio, inquiry path, consultations, follow-up and client experience. Practice conversations that clarify the value of your work and help qualified leads take the next step. Build: a lead journey and follow-up scripts.

MONTH 5 — REVENUE & SCALING
Review service profitability, capacity, pricing and demand. Explore how to package expertise into trainings or other aligned offers when you are ready. Build: an offer outline and revenue decision framework.

MONTH 6 — OFFERS & YOUR NEXT 90 DAYS
Refine your offer, messaging and launch plan. Review your progress across artistry, content, leads and revenue, then set the next priorities. Build: a launch or growth plan and 90-day roadmap.

BI-WEEKLY GROUP COACHING
Every two weeks, Nataliea hosts a live Zoom call on the current Design, Demand or Scale focus. Learn lash techniques, design concepts, social media systems and business frameworks, bring your questions, and put the work into practice between calls.

MONTHLY PRIVATE STRATEGY
One 1:1 call with Nataliea each month. Audit your current business, review what is working, discuss your personal goals and leave with specific next steps you can start implementing the same day.

YOUR RESOURCES
While enrolled, access Nataliea’s ebooks, Canva templates, training materials and any online courses she releases during your enrollment. The program includes ongoing support and accountability, plus a lifetime 15% discount on Lash Her products.

LDA is an application-based six-month mentorship for working lash artists ready to implement between calls.

1. Submit the LDA inquiry form with your experience, Instagram or portfolio, current challenges and goals.
2. Nataliea reviews your fit and follows up with next steps or a conversation.
3. If accepted, receive enrollment details and prepare for your first month.

You can also DM “LDA” on Instagram to begin the conversation. Current investment, payment options and start timing are shared during the application process.

After six months in LDA Core, you leave with a 90-day plan and the option to pursue a more advanced stage. LDA Level Up is a separate application or invitation-based continuation for graduates ready to execute a larger business plan.

Depending on your goals, the work may include launching trainings, mentorship or digital products; building funnels and email systems; hiring and leadership; and expanding revenue beyond your personal service schedule.

Level Up is discussed near the end of Core. It is not automatically included in six-month enrollment. As new artists join Core, graduates can continue growing through Level Up when it is the right fit.

Is LDA a course or a mentorship?
LDA is a six-month, personally coached mentorship with live group teaching, monthly private strategy calls and implementation between sessions. Resources support the coaching.

Where do the calls take place?
Group coaching and private strategy calls take place on Zoom.

How often will we meet?
Group calls happen bi-weekly, plus one private strategy call with Nataliea each month during your six months.

Do I need to be ready to teach trainings?
No. We begin with your artistry, audience and business goals. Building a training offer becomes part of your scale plan when it fits your experience and demand.

Will LDA help me get more clients?
You will work on positioning, content, inquiries and follow-up so the right clients can understand and choose your work. Results depend on your market and implementation.

What resources do I get?
You receive access to ebooks, Canva templates, training materials and courses released while enrolled. The 15% Lash Her product discount is lifetime. Individual course access terms are shared with enrollment details.

What happens after six months?
You finish with a 90-day plan. Graduates ready for deeper work on launches, systems, team or expanded offers may apply or be invited to the separate LDA Level Up continuation.
