Appointment policies

Booking Policies

We kindly ask that you respect our time and policies to ensure smooth scheduling for everyone.

Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit to a new date.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged the full remaining balance of the service.

No-shows:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be blacklisted and charged the remaining balance to the card on file.

Late Arrivals:
We understand that things come up, and we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in either a shorter appointment or rescheduling.
